The thief of joy!

Comparison is the Thief of Joy, Theodore Roosevelt.  It is so easy for all of us to compare ourselves with other people and feel like we don’t measure up or we are inadequate.  Did that alot as a teen.  We more often than not compare our worst part with someone’s best, and it makes us feel awful.  There exists in this world not another YOU.  There is only one you and special because no one else can offer your own unique personality and gifts.  Accepting ourselves, our bodies, our personalities for who we are is the best gift we can give ourselves and it is empowering.

When you love yourself it shines through in all you do and you are truly free; there isn’t anything you can’t achieve, Kat Kent.

You can move mountains and soar like an eagle and you more than likely will!
